Solutions for the top five complains we get from our valuable customers.
Annoyance #1 Long hold times during inquiry call.
There is nothing more frustrating than putting callers on hold. Customers wish to have the call center agents’ undivided attention, and when he/she is being put on hold, the agent is killing the most valuable commodity-time. Social media channels are swarming with distressed customers venting their frustration withholding time. Here in Navitas, we have designed a new whole new application to redirect and automate customer call based on their query types and issues.
Our new call center system works in the following way:-
1) You make a call to our toll-free number on 1300 Navitas.
2) Answer the simple questions asked by automated human response system. Please try to say few words like "Brisbane", "Professional Year", "Enrollment", "Yes", "No" etc.
3) Follow automated voice command as much as possible to get the faster service delivery.
4) If you want to talk to a real operator just press "#" twice, and your call will be re-directed to a human operator.
Annoyance #2 Service cancellation request.
In the past, our customer suffered a lot due to the lack of information about the service cancellation process and procedures. Now, we have provided a lot of ways to handle service revocation requests. We have improved our navigation system on our renovated website. We have updated the service cancellation form with the new templates. Moreover, we have also introduced a new process plan to request a cancellation for a service.
Step to cancel your service agreement with Navitas Professional:
1) Login to your customer account at Navitas official website.
2) Click on Services area.
3) Press the cancel button to cancel any active services. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
